'53 Porsche 356 INLAW
THE 356 INLAW... RARE 1953 BENT WINDOW PORSCHE. WE DIDNT WANT IT STOCK BUT DIDNT WANT TO BUTCHER IT EITHER, SO PRETTY MUCH ANYTHING DONE TO IT IS REVERSABLE. TO BEGIN, WE HAD TO DO A FULL RESTORATION TO THE BODY. RUST REPAIR HAD BEEN STARTED, BUT THE CAR CAME TO US STRIPPED AND MINUS MAJOR BODY SECTIONS. WE RESTORED IT BACK TO OEM PRE-A SPECS, THEN ADDED OUR OWN CUSTOM BUMPERS AND ALUMINUM DECK LID. THE ENGINE IS A SCAT CUSTOEM ENGINE THAT CAME FROM TOM LIEB'S PERSONAL COLLECTION. 2387 CC WITH 49 IDF WEBER CARBURETORS BUILT AT POWERHAUS IN TORRANCE, CA. PORSCHE FAN SHROUD MODIFIED TO FIT THIS ENGINE BUT STILL HAVE A FACTORY APPEARANCE.
WHEELS CUSTOM CUT BY EVOD AND ATTACHED TO
ORIGINAL 356A CARERRA BRAKES. RARE FACTORY ADRIA BLUE, CUSTOM INTERIOR... THE GOAL WAS CREATE SOMETHING SIMILAR TO THE OUTLAW LOOK BUT WITH A BIT MORE SOUTHERN CALI HOT ROD INFLUENCE... NOT AN OUTLAW, A HOT ROD INLAW
